This Christmas, we’re bringing our local communities together to spread a little extra kindness and make the festive season brighter for children who need it most.
From the 1st of November to late December, our branches will be hosting Giving Trees in support of KidsOut, a charity dedicated to helping children who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or have experienced difficult circumstances.
We’re inviting our local communities to get involved, support children in need and help us make Christmas a little more magical.
What are our Giving Trees?
Our Giving Trees are a simple but meaningful way to give back this Christmas.
Each participating branch will have a beautifully decorated Christmas tree displaying gift tags provided by KidsOut. Members of the public are invited to pop into their local branch, choose a gift tag and purchase a present for a child in need.
Once you've chosen your gift, simply return it to the branch so it can be collected and donated to KidsOut.
Every gift is an opportunity to bring a smile to a child's face and help make Christmas special for those who might otherwise go without.
How can you get involved?
Taking part couldn't be easier, and every contribution can help make a difference.
Here's how to get involved:
1. Visit your local branch. Pop in and take a gift tag from our Giving Tree.
2. Choose a gift. Use the tag as your guide and shop for a present.
3. Return your gift. Bring your wrapped gift back to the branch ready for collection.
Our team will take care of the rest, helping ensure your kind donation reaches KidsOut to support children over the Christmas holidays.
Supporting KidsOut this Christmas
We're proud to be supporting KidsOut, a charity working to improve the lives of children facing disadvantage and challenging circumstances.
Christmas is a time for joy, excitement and making memories with loved ones. However, this isn't something every child gets to experience in the same way.
Through our Giving Trees campaign, we're hoping to help spread a little festive magic, bring smiles to children's faces and remind families in our communities that kindness can go a long way.
Shopping locally where you can
As a network of local estate and letting agents, our communities are at the heart of everything we do.
We believe being a local agent is about more than helping people move home. It's about building relationships, supporting the places we call home and being there for the people who make our neighbourhoods special.
Our Giving Trees campaign brings that belief to life. By encouraging people to visit their local branch and shop with independent businesses and local retailers, we're celebrating the community spirit that makes our neighbourhoods unique, while supporting a fantastic cause.
Whether you choose a gift tag yourself, purchase a present or simply spread the word, every little action can help make a difference.
