scottfraser was launched in 1998 by Peter and Andrew from their successful property search and acquisition business Senate to provide investor landlords with a comprehensive lettings service. Peter has overseen the development of our award winning offices at Portus House as well as numerous developments across OxfordCity. Peter has a portfolio of his own properties with scottfraser which is managed by our Asset Management Team.
Andrew Fraser Greenwood founded scottfraser in 1998 with a focus on the acquisition of land and property for investment clients. Thanks to Andrew’s extensive knowledge of the Oxford lettings market scottfraser was able to quickly diversify into lettings and property management and has won several awards for the service provided to landlords and tenants.
David joined scottfraser in 2005 bringing over 35 years of industry experience to create and establish a new style of estate agency. David's passion was to develop a unique business based on trust, innovation and hard work. His vision has gone from strength to strength and has been recognised by several national awards, establishing the company as Oxford's leading independent agent.
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in civil engineering before starting a career in estate agency in 1987. Previously a director of a large corporate estate agency and then a partner in a Cotswold based property firm Chris joined scottfraser in 2010 to set up and manage our newest office in Witney.
Adrian has worked alongside David since the business began. With his extensive experience in the Oxford property market and professional approach, Adrian is respected by his peers and strongly recommended by clients and professional contacts.
The daughter of an Estate Agent, Nicola was born to work in the industry. She began her career carrying out viewings during her School holidays and later spent two years working at a large corporate agent in Oxford. Nicola joined scottfraser in 2007 and during this time has passed her post-graduate Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management. Nicola is renowned for her intelligence, knowledge and negotiation skills.
As our Property Investment Manager John is responsible for coordinating searches and the acquisition of new buy-to-let properties throughout Oxford for both UK based and Overseas clients. He works closely with both sales and lettings in order to manage investor portfolios and identify excellent "off-the-market" investment opportunities. John joined scottfraser with over 10 years experience in the lettings industry and having worked in a large London Agency.
A member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and Senior Manager with particular knowledge of the Oxfordshire Property Rentals Market. Responsible for building the Company Profile within a highly competitive market through exceptional customer service and adaptive and innovative business ideas.
Joining scottfraser in 2005, Tracey started out as an administrator and quickly progressed through Lettings and Manager roles before being promoted to branch manager in 2007 managing the Headington office. In 2010 Tracey was promoted to Senior Manager covering Headington and East Oxford and is based in our Headington office. With experience in all roles and excellent local knowledge, Tracey is an ambassador for scottfraser's service.
Laura started her career at scottfraser in 2006 as an administrator before being promoted to Lettings Negotiator in 2008 and later to Branch Manager at our East Oxford office in 2010. Laura's experience in a variety of roles and local intelligence allows her to manage a complex mix of professional rental property as well as our student lettings division Student Living.
Currently on maternity leave. Rachel initially entered the property industry as a business analyst for an internet based serviced accommodation provider. Through this Rachel gained extensive knowledge of marketing and online strategy as well as the Oxford property market. Rachel joined scottfraser in 2010 and is responsible for co-ordinating all marketing, advertising and development of the scottfraser brand.
Victoria has been with scottfraser for ten years and has excellent knowledge of the lettings industry. She provides a vital link between the accounts and lettings departments, as well as training new staff and ensuring procedure and best practice is carried out at all times. In 2009 Victoria became a qualified member of ARLA, successfully completing the Technical Award.
As financial controller, Andrew works closely with scottfraser lettings and sales divisions. With over 25 years experience in account management having worked for a large charitable organisation Andrew has an exceptional eye for detail and in depth knowledge of accounting and HR. Andrew joined scottfraser in 2011 with a solid background in accounting and his extensive knowledge ensures the smooth running and efficiency of the accounts system.
