Gareth Thomas

Gareth Thomas - Head of Property Management

Gareth joined scottfraser as their Portfolio and Property Centre Manager bringing with him many years of experience within the Oxford lettings market.  He has a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Business Studies and is also a member of ARLA with the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management ensuring compliance at all times.

Lydia Rayner

Lydia Rayner - Portfolio Manager

Lydia has worked within the property industry for many years as a Property Manager and with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.  Her previous experience, combined with her ARLA Level 3 Technical Award,  ensures that she can deliver a prompt, safe and effective service.

James Macke

James Macke - Portfolio Manager

James joined Scottfraser in April 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and progressed to become a Property Manager in February 2017.  His previous experience of working at another well respected independent Oxfordshire letting agent coupled with the completion of the Level 3 ARLA Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management means he is now a well informed and qualified property professional and allows him to deliver the high standards tenants and landlords expect from scottfraser.

Luke Souch

Luke Souch - HMO Portfolio Manager

Luke joined the scottfraser team in January 2018 bringing with him good experience of the property industry, as well as good local knowledge having been Oxford born and raised. Luke has worked with another well respected Oxford lettings and property management agent for several years prior to joining the team at our head office, and has extensive experience in Lettings, Property Management and Client Portfolio and Account Management. Familiar with a range of clientele and property, including professional and student lets, Luke has joined scottfraser with the responsibility of managing our HMO Property Portfolio.

Charlotte Khan

Charlotte Khan - HMO & Compliance Officer

Charlotte joined the scottfraser team in 2014 having enjoyed a career within the Lettings and Property Management industry.  Priding herself on excellent Landlord and Tenant communication, Charlotte has been awarded multiple Regional and National awards in recognition of this customer care focus. 

Hannah Bayliss

Hannah Bayliss - Administrator

Hannah is our most experienced administrator  supporting many different departments since joining scottfraser in 2003  and is now based in our Head Office in Lime Walk. She has an excellent knowledge of scottfraser and the industry and in 2011 Hannah passed her Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management.

Sophie Hawkings

Sophie Hawkings - Team Property Co-ordinator

Sophie joined Scottfraser in February 2018 after moving from Dorset, bringing with her, 5 years’ experience within the lettings industry. Sophie previously worked for a well-established property consultant firm in Bournemouth as the main administrator of the lettings team, therefore played an extremely important role in ensuring the smooth running of front of house, tenant and client processes. Sophie is an integral part of the team and offers support to the centralised Property Management centre based in Lime Walk, Headington.

Chloe Pugh

Chloe Pugh - Senior Lettings Co-ordinator

Chloe joined the scottfraser lettings team in 2013 as Lettings Coordinator after returning to the UK after living and working in Australia for 12 months. With an extensive background in customer services and administration, essential for her role as Lettings Coordinator, Chloe was promoted to Senior Lettings Coordinator in 2015. In summer of 2016, Chloe’s role evolved again to cover the renewals process for all branches.

Victoria Mellor

Victoria Mellor - Lettings Manager

Victoria has been with scottfraser for a many years and has excellent knowledge of the lettings industry. Victoria keeps a particular eye on changes in regulations and the responsibilities of Landlords and Agents. Having worked in aspects of lettings, property management and compliance.
