In 2009, to celebrate over ten years in business, our purpose built Head Office was finished and ready for our property investments, operations and marketing team.

The offices form part of an award winning development, consisting of three commercial offices and nine residential apartments to let set around a central courtyard.

Arranged over three floors, our Head Office incorporates our accounts and property management centre on the ground floor, investments, operations and marketing on the first floor, and a large boardroom for client and team meetings.

Andrew Fraser Greenwood

Andrew Fraser Greenwood - Group Managing Director

Andrew Fraser Greenwood founded scottfraser in 1998 with a focus on the acquisition of land and property for investment clients. Thanks to Andrew’s extensive knowledge of the Oxford lettings market scottfraser was able to quickly diversify into lettings and property management and has won several awards for the service provided to landlords and tenants.

John Gebbels

John Gebbels - Associate Director

John is responsible for coordinating property searches and the acquisition of prime Buy to Let property for our overseas and UK based investment clients. John also liaises closely with local estate agents and property developers to secure early and 'off plan' opportunities for clients. John has an extensive knowledge and over ten years of experience in the property industry having worked previously both in central London and Oxford city. In 2015, John was appointed Associate Director.

Andrew Barrett

Andrew Barrett - Company Financial Controller

As financial controller, Andrew works closely with scottfraser lettings and sales divisions. With over 25 years experience in account management having worked for a large charitable organisation Andrew has an exceptional eye for detail and in depth knowledge of accounting and HR. Andrew joined scottfraser in 2011 with a solid background in accounting and his extensive knowledge ensures the smooth running and efficiency of the accounts system.

David Cothier

David Cothier - Lettings Accounts Manager

David joined scottfraser in 2007 with ten years previous experience in accounting and contractor pay and has also achieved an NVQ in business administration. David manages landlord's rent accounts liaising closely with each of the lettings offices to ensure landlords and contractors are paid efficiently, are well informed and kept up to date.

Julie Sheppard

Julie Sheppard - HR Manager

Julie has lived in Oxford her whole life. Before joining scottfraser she managed an Oxford based DNA company for over 10 years bringing a wealth of administrative experience with her.  In 2015  Julie joined the Head Office team as a Marketing Assistant, following several years working with the City Sales teams and has recently taken over the roll of HR  Manager.

Rory Woodhouse

Rory Woodhouse - Marketing Manager

Rory joined scottfraser as the Marketing Executive in September 2017 having been involved in the property sector for a number of years. He has a real passion for all aspects of marketing, particularly digital channels and an in-depth understanding of the Oxfordshire property market. This combined with his previous experience helps create ideal solutions for clients looking to find or promote properties.

Sara-Jane Phipps

Sara-Jane Phipps - Accounts Assistant

Sara-jane joined scottfraser in May 2016 in our head office.  She has worked in various accounting roles and brings excellent customer service and communcation skills to the team.  She enjoys the challenge of developing her accounting skills and learning about the property market.
