Portfolio Manager

We are looking for an experienced and ideally ARLA qualified Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic Property Management Centre at our Head Offices in Headington. This is an ideal opportunity to manage landlords with multiple properties.  The ideal candidate will have diligent organisational and customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication. They should be confident at running a large, varied property portfolio, as well as in flexibly supporting other team members. Own car is essential. Full scottfraser training will be provided. Sales Negotiator - Witney

A Sales Negotiator is required to join our Witney team. The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in managing a sales portfolio but we are prepared to consider a mature trainee with an enthusiastic, proactive and diligent approach.  The individual should be well organised, driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Full UK driving license and own car is essential.
