Our latest office expands scottfraser’s operations into west Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds under the banner of “town and country living”.
The stunning Grade II listed offices, formerly Leigh and Sons, on the corner of Market Square have received a full makeover whilst maintaining the traditional appeal of the original building.
Completed in September 2010 scottfraser are now able to offer our own bespoke brand of property services to Witney buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Our Witney office combines a high quality Estate Agency team, an active Land and New Homes team and an award winning Lettings and Property Management team.
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in civil engineering before starting a career in estate agency in 1987. Previously a director of a large corporate estate agency and then a partner in a Cotswold based property firm Chris joined scottfraser in 2010 to set up and manage our newest office in Witney.

Moving to Oxford in 1991, Sales Consultant Simon began his career in a large independent Estate Agency. Simon has remained in the Oxfordshire area working in Estate Agency and has experience of running his own business. When the opportunity to work with Chris Rowntree and David Blythman arose, it was too good for Simon to turn down and he joined the Witney Sales Team in 2010.
Chris is the newest member of the Scott Fraser Witney team. He brings with him experience of working in a partner led estate agency practice in the New Forest area and prides himself on his ability to forge strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenaciously searching to find their ideal purchase.
Originally joining scottfraser in 2005, Emma worked in our Summertown Branch as Letting Negotiator having started her letting career four years previously. Since then Emma has had two children and worked locally in her home town of Witney before resuming her career with scottfraser in our Witney branch as Sales Consultant.
Philippa joined the Witney team in 2013. She brings with her great local knowledge and prides herself on exceptional customer service.
