scottfraser was launched in 1998 by Peter and Andrew from their successful property search and acquisition business Senate to provide investor landlords with a comprehensive lettings service. Peter has overseen the development of our award winning offices at Portus House as well as numerous developments across OxfordCity. Peter has a portfolio of his own properties with scottfraser which is managed by our Asset Management Team.
Andrew Fraser Greenwood founded scottfraser in 1998 with a focus on the acquisition of land and property for investment clients. Thanks to Andrew’s extensive knowledge of the Oxford lettings market scottfraser was able to quickly diversify into lettings and property management and has won several awards for the service provided to landlords and tenants.
David Blythman joined scottfraser in 2005, with over 30 years experience, to establish a residential sales division. Having worked with Andrew at a large corporate estate agency, David shared the same ideals and passion to set up a local and independent agent and has created a niche outlet to promote interesting and quality homes. The division has grown from strength to strength picking up several awards for outstanding service.
Lucy joined scottfraser in 1998 to expand the lettings and investments divisions. Her dedication has ensured the steady expansion of scottfraser and she is continually involved in the strategic growth of the company. Working with the branch managers, Lucy oversees the running of scottfraser lettings and has developed our refurbishment and furnishing service, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in civil engineering before starting a career in estate agency in 1987. Previously a director of a large corporate estate agency and then a partner in a Cotswold based property firm Chris joined scottfraser in 2010 to set up and manage our newest office in Witney.
Adrian joined scottfraser in 2005 as office manager with nine years experience of sales and new homes in the Oxford area. With his extensive experience and professional approach, Adrian became associate director in 2009. Based in our award winning Headington office Adrian works closely with David Blythman to promote scottfraser's reputation as local and independent property experts.
Michael joined scottfraser in 2000 and has managed teams in our Summertown, East Oxford and Headington offices. Now an associate director and based on our Summertown office Michael is proud of his time spent with the company, watching its brand and reputation grow and is keen to keep it an independent Letting specialist.
The daughter of an Estate Agent, Nicola was born to work in Sales. She began her career carrying out viewings on her School holidays and later spent two years working at a large corporate agent in Oxford. Nicola joined scottfraser in 2007 and is currently studying for her Surveyor Diploma at the College of Estate Management. Outside of work Nicola enjoys travelling and playing Hockey.
Joining scottfraser in 2005, Tracey started out as an administrator and quickly progressed through Lettings and Manager roles before being promoted to branch manager in 2007 managing the Headington office. In 2010 Tracey was promoted to Senior Manager covering Headington and East Oxford and is based in our Headington office. With experience in all roles and excellent local knowledge, Tracey is an ambassador for scottfraser's service.
Laura started her career at scottfraser in 2006 as an administrator before being promoted to Lettings Negotiator in 2008 and later to Branch Manager at our East Oxford office in 2010. Laura's experience in a variety of roles and local intelligence allows her to manage a complex mix of professional rental property as well as our student lettings division Student Living.
Graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2005 with a degree in Microbiology, Rachel initially entered the property industry as a business analyst for an internet based serviced accommodation provider gaining extensive knowledge of marketing and online strategy as well as the Oxford property market. Rachel joined scottfraser in 2010 and is responsible for co-ordinating all marketing, advertising and development of the scottfraser brand.
As financial controller, Wendy works closely with scottfraser lettings and sales divisions. Graduating from University in 2001 with a degree in accounting and finance, Wendy is a qualified member of the ACCA. Wendy joined scottfraser in 2005 with a solid background in accounting and her extensive knowledge ensures the smooth running and efficiency of the accounts system.
