Students! We Can Help!
Get in touch early and register your details with us for information on the properties we have available for the coming academic year before anyone else. Our properties and rooms are let quickly (85% within the first 7 days of the release of the Student List) so it is important to speak to us as quickly as possible if you require accommodation.
We work hard to understand your requirements and invite you to open house viewings for the properties we think suit your needs. Private viewings may be possible by appointment. We know this early attention to detail works well as most of our students will stay in their chosen property for more than one year.
Our well trained and experienced lettings team give impartial advice on the right property for you, support you through the referencing and paperwork and, if you are a student living in a managed property, your Property Manager will meet you on arrival and help you get settled in. And just in case, we provide a 24 hour emergency response to tenants in our managed properties, 365 days a year.
We provide "Walkscore" information for every scottfraser property giving you valuable information on the "walkability" of local amenities.
