"I just wanted to express our appreciation after yesterdays fantastic news.  Exchange of contracts on *the property* was a great result, your team has done an amazing job, especially in such difficult economic times.  This was the first time we have used Scott Fraser, and I must say that we have definitely been missing a trick, the other Agents that we have used over the years compare very poorly with the service that you provide.  At the very beginning of the project when you pitched for the commission along with several other – much larger – agencies, you were the only team that came across as being willing to go out there and work your socks off to try and achieve a sale.  Your enthusiasm to try and sell the property very early, off plan, via the websites (that your in house team designed) was a huge selling point for us, and these two factors definitely secured the commission for Scott Fraser.  In the end, with the buyer living in Singapore, it was this initiative that secured the lead all those months ago.   On a personal note, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you on this, and on more than one occasion, your infectious enthusiasm and good humour saw us through.  Every time you said you would do something you did it, and more importantly, you communicated it to all parties.  I know that sounds fairly simple, but believe me, not all of your competitors are able to say that!
