Non-payment of rent can occur for many reasons; such as sickness or redundancy. scottfraser can provide you with details of a specialist insurance provider who offer a bespoke rent guarantee service to give peace of mind if the unexpected happens. The insurance policy covers the landlord against loss of income due to non-payment of rent for up to 12 months, and any legal expenses that are incurred obtaining vacant possession, up to £50,000.
