Our developer clients build on average 15-20 units per year and these are offered initially to our investor clients before being aired on the open market. Buying 'off-plan' has its advantages - prices can be fixed as much as 9 months ahead of completion and this means that as the market rises the purchaser can enjoy the capital uplift which over the past 12-18 months has been at least 15%.
