Andrew Greenwood (Group Managing Director) saw the potential of this former butcher’s shop and envisaged a new flagship office in central Headington. “We were keen for the building to be a landmark in Headington” said Andrew. “We wanted to create a modern, forward-thinking image for the estate agency and lettings businesses, and we knew that Douglas and his team at Riach Architects could provide this for us”.
Andrew’s vision has been achieved through the use of high quality traditional materials used in a contemporary manner, and very close attention to detail. In addition to the scottfraser offices, the building also incorporates five fabulous one-bedroom apartments, all of which were sold to scottfraser investment clients and subsequently let and managed through the company.
The proven team of scottfraser, Riach Architects and G Dighton & Son Builders are continuing in their work together. Other examples of recent work include two pairs of smart townhouses in North Oxford which have been sold on the open market in Summer 2006, and an eye-catching development of sixteen units in East Oxford, due for completion in Spring 2007.
