At scottfraser we understand that the needs of professional landlords with three or more properties differ to those with only one or two rental properties.

Our Portfolio Management service provides one dedicated point of contact for all lettings and property management queries. Our Portfolio Co-ordinator, Clare Fleet, works closely with our four lettings offices and our recommended contractors to ensure landlords receive consistency of service and discounted fees for maintenance and annual certification.

Our Associate Director, Michael Joubert, works with Clare to ensure that from a business perspective portfolios are achieving low void periods, excellent yields and that capital values are protected.

In conjunction with our Property Investment Manager, John Gebbels, the Portfolio Management team are able to provide investment opportunities, currently acheiving excellent yields, that are not available to the open market.

And when it is time to sell, our both our in-house Investments and Residential Sales teams can help.

Unique Lets came to scottfraser in Autumn 2012 to assist with the lettings and management of their portfolio of five properties. The landlord had previously managed their own portfolio but with updates to HMO legislation and their own commitments they required the expertise of a specialist portfolio management service to ensure their properties were professionally managed but were also treated as a business.
