All of our student properties are furnished with you in mind, but it is important to ask your Lettings Negotiator to provide information on exactly what will be provided in the property for your tenancy.

All of our managed properties are fully safety checked to comply with (and in some cases exceed) current safety legislation to give you peace of mind that the property you are renting is safe for you and your family. You can find more information on safety by following this link.

We also implement “target hardening” as advised by the Thames Valley Police service to ensure that all of our managed student properties exceed recommended requirements for personal safety and security.
