Helen & Douglas House

Helen & Douglas House is delighted to be working with staff from all of the scottfraser offices. Thank you to colleagues who have rolled up their sleeves and supported our events and to the 4 teams who completed the Blenheim Triathlon, raising vital funds for our work. In addition scottfraser has helped raise valuable awareness for our work through their leaflet distributions. At Helen & Douglas House, it costs us over £4.5 million a year to run our two hospice houses and we are reliant on voluntary donations for over 80% of this. Thank you to all at scottfraser for your ongoing support.

As ever, we are just so happy to have our two flats in the excellent care of Scott Fraser – you do an excellent job.  It is nearly 7 years since we first met Lucy Taylor and instructed you, and we have not regretted it for a moment.  If she should be passing at any time please give her our regards.

Observatory Street, Jericho

Several years ago I asked ScottFraser to let a flat. They found a tenant who passed all the checks and seemed ideal. We were due to sign up over the weekend. On Saturday at around 5.30 pm I had a call from Michael Joubert saying he was on his way to a wedding, but had a very bad feeling about the new tenant and suggested we delayed signing until he had done more checks. Michael did not need to ring me as Scott Fraser had done their job and earned their commission. He was right to be cautious as it transpired that the new tenant was proposing to sub let to many of his "friends". I considered that Scott Fraser had acted above and beyond the call of duty and have used them ever since.

They have recently found me a tenant for a small house in Jericho which had been let to the same person for some 11 years. I took their advice on refurbishment, used their builder and they project managed the process. The builder was extremely competant and good value such that I will certainly use him on my own house if I need any work done. The whole change of tenant was handled speedily, efficiently and painlessly. I cannot fault the service I have received from Michael, Claire, James and the team.

From the minute I found a rental property that I was interested in, Scott Fraser’s staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. James made time to show me the property the same day and within 24 hours the rental was agreed. During my rental Chris has been quick to respond to any questions and managed everything in a professional way.
