My original intention was to sell Shorte Close and the house was marketed during Aug/Sept/Nov.  The market was pretty quiet and offers low and unrealistic.  Early in December I changed tack and suggested the property should be offered for let with the advent of the cold weather fast approaching.  Almost immediately this created interest and the property was let for six months with effect from 8th December.

The letting team has proved most helpful. I have found Scott Fraser polite, friendly and efficient throughout. I would recommend them.
