In 2012 we want to give you the A-Z of reasons why scottfraser should be your agent of choice.

OCC Accreditation Scheme
The introduction of the Landlord Accreditation Scheme was welcomed amongst this as an initiative committed to highlighting agents and landlords who manage good quality rented accommodation in the private sector.
scottfraser is honoured to be one of the first registered with OCC as an accredited agent. We pride ourselves on our high standards of good quality living and this voluntary scheme recognises us as just such an agent.
For our landlord’s, the benefit of being apart of the scheme means they are publicly recognised as complying with OCC’s guidelines. Overseas landlords will also receive a welcome discount on HMO licensing fees and all landlords have the opportunity to receive access to energy efficiency grants and free advice.
For those renting in a market with such varied quality on offer, applicants are now able to identify agents who are committed to providing them with good quality properties. They can rest assured that their rented home meets safety guidelines and will be managed and maintained to a high standard throughout their tenancy.
