Design & Refurbishment
The rental income of an investment property is determined very early on, long before advertising and the first tenancy agreement is signed.
Tenants in Oxford come from all walks of life and from all over the world. They are not simply renting because they cannot afford to buy and therefore have very exacting standards. Accommodation must be attractive, fashionable and equipped with all the modern comforts and conveniences that are demanded by today's tenants.
At scottfraser, we appreciate that many landlords have neither the time nor desire to take on the refurbishment and/or furnishing of their investment. That’s why we offer a project management service to clients, which takes the load off their shoulders.
We can advise on large scale works such as new kitchens and bathrooms, re-wiring, re-plumbing and garden maintenance, through to redecoration, carpets, curtains and furnishings. Working to costings agreed with the client and using trusted local contractors, we will obtain quotations and then co-ordinate the works to satisfactory completion.
